Woodrow H. Johnson of Duluth, Minnersota was inducted into the Army on August 3, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He was a Technician 5th Grade and truck driver with the 194th Quartermaster Gas Supply Company in Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe.
He received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with five bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and three overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged on February 7, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
