William Sipola

William Sipola entered the Army on December 19, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Orr, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician Third Grade and surgical technician with the 88th Field Hospital in the Ryukyu Islands.

He received the following: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and two overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on March 11, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
