William R. Phillips

William R. Phillips of Eveleth, Minnesota enlisted in the Navy on March 26, 1942.

He was a Chief Motor Machinist's Mate, serving in the Continental United States and at the Office of Naval Attache in Chungking, China.

Mr. Phillips received the Good Conduct Medal and was discharged on Feb. 16, 1946.
