William Phillip Topping

William Phillip Topping was born on March 7, 1923 to James and Phoebe Topping. For more than nine years he served in the Army Air Corps and Air Force.

Mr. Topping was a World War II veteran having served two tours in the Pacific Theatre.

He was a flight engineer on B-17's and flew many combat missions.

Mr. Topping died on Monday, March 3, 2003.
