William E. Tarvas

William E. Tarvas was inducted into the Army Air Corps on November 16, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He served as a Private with the 460th Twin Engine Flying Training Squadron.

Mr. Tarvas was honorably discharged on February 23, 1943, upon his request to accept employment in the defense industry at Maxwell, Field, Alabama.
