Wayne M. Flack of Cook, Minn entered the Army on Aug. 10, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He served as a Technician 5th Grade and a Corps of Engineers truck driver with the 1783rd Spare Parts Depot Company in Northern France and Rhineland.
Mr. Flack was awarded the Good Conduct Medal with clasp, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and three overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged on Jan. 10, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
