Walter F. Johnson

Walter F. Johnson inducted into the Army Air Corp April 22, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home of entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

Served as a Staff Sergeant and radio repairman with the 415 2nd Army Air Force Base Unit in the European Theater.

Mr. Johnson was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and three overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on October 31, 1945 at Truax AFB, Wisconsin.
