Trumbull W. Kelly of Duluth, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on April 13, 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minn.  

He was a Technician 3rd Grade and a medical NCO. He served in the ship''s dispensary of the SS Westerly Victory, an Army troop transport en route to the European Theater.

He received the: Army Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on March 11, 1946 at Fort Devens, Mass.
