Tracy A. Mutchler was inducted into the Army on September 4, 1943.

Mr. Mutchler received the: Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal with two bronze battle stars, Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star, American Campaign Service Medal and World War II Victory Medal.
He was discharged on January 30, 1946.
