Thomas A. Sonaglia

Thomas A. Sonaglia was inducted into the Army on August 14, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and surgical technician with the 606th MD Hospital Ship Platoon.

He was awarded the following: Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal (three trips to European Theater of Operations), and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Sonaglia was honorably discharged February 28, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
