RINTALA, Theodore William
Theodore William Rintala was born on May 30th 1920 on John O. & Sanna Kaisa Rintala in Chisholm, Minnesota.
Mr. Rintala was inducted into the U.S. Army Air Corps on April 30, 1942 during WWII. Point of entry: Chisholm.
He served as an aircraft instrument (gyro) repairman in Africa. He rose to the rank of Corporal (CPL)
Mr. Rintala was honorably discharged on November 3rd 1945. After the war he returned home and married Janet Mercedes [Bachnik] on May 1st 1948 and they started a family.
Mr. Rintala ied on March 12th 2000 in Lakeview Memorial Hospital, Two Harbors at 79 years of age. He is buried at Oneota Cemetery in Duluth.
