Steven Ivanca

Steven Ivanca enlisted in the Army Air Corps March 27, 1944, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Corporal and radio operator-mechanic with the 303rd Troop Carrier Squadron of the 442nd Troop Carrier Group in the European Theater.

Mr. Ivanca was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Army of Occupation Medal (Germany) and one overseas service bar. 

He was honorably discharged July 11, 1946, Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
