Stanley L. Cheslak

Stanley Cheslak was inducted into the Army on April 22, 1942 in Madison Wisconsin.

He saw active duty in southern Phillipines and received the:

Victory medal,
Asiatic-Pacific Theater Service medal,
Phillipine Liberation Service ribbon with one bronze star,
American Theater Service medal and a Good Conduct medal.
