Russell A. Maki

Mr. Russell Maki was inducted into the Army in July 22, 1944, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and rifleman with Company A of the 347th Infantry Regiment in Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe.

Mr. Maki was awarded the: Bronze Star Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal and one overseas service bar

He was honorably discharged on December 22, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
