Russell J. Martin

Russell J. Martin enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve on November 18, 1943.

He was a Sergeant and a rifleman in the Pacific Theater, serving in Okinawa from June 14-21, 1945.

Mr. Martin received the: Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with a bronze battle star and the World War II Victory Medal.

He was discharged on Dec. 12, 1945 at Great Lakes, Ill.
