Russell F. Mattson

Russell F. Mattson of Virginia enlisted in the Naval Reserve on March 4, 1943.

He was a Pharmacist's Mate 1st Class with the Seabees in the Pacific.

Mr. Mattson received the: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was discharged on Nov. 10, 1945. He later served in the Naval Reserve from Oct. 1950 to Feb. 1952.
