Rudolph Dukich enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve November 13, 1941.
He served as a Private and qualified on turret armorer, tank and amphibian tractor; small arms mechanic; and heavy truck driver in Bougainville and consolidation of Northern Solomon Islands.
Mr. Dukich was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal.
Discharged April 23, 1946, San Diego, Calif.
