Roy R. Truman

Roy R. Truman was inducted into the Army on May 30, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Aurora, Minnesota.

Mr. Truman served as a Private First Class and truck driver with the 13th General Hospital in New Guinea.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, and World War II Victory Medal. Discharged

Mr. Truman was honorably discharged on December 5, 1945, at Fort Logan, Colorado.
