Robert W. Strom

Robert W.Strom was inducted into the Army on October 9, 1944, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.  Home at entry: Proctor, Minnesota.

He served as a Staff Sergeant and administrative NCO with the Detachment Medical Department of the Fourth General Hospital in the Philippines.

Mr. Strom was awarded the following: Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and Philippines Independence Medal.

He was honorably discharged on October 20, 1946, at Fort Sheridan, Illinois.
