Participated in action against the enemy at Roi Namur, Marshall Islands February 1 - February 8, 1944; Saipan, Marianas Islands June 15 - July 9, 1944; and Iwo Jima, Volcano Islands February 25 - March 16, 1944.
Mr. Baker was honorably discharged on November 27, 1945, at Great Lakes, Illinois.
