Robert Hydukovich

Robert Hydukovich was inducted into the Army June 1941 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 5th Grade and truck driver with Headquarters Company of the Sixth Infantry Regiment in New Guinea and Luzon Island.

Mr. Hydukovich was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars and bronze arrowhead, World War II Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal with bronze star and four overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged November 16, 1945, Camp McCoy, Wis.
