Richard S. Galloway of Hibbing, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army on June 13, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He served as a Staff Sergeant and quartermaster supply technician with the 60th Station Hospital in Rome-Arno, Italy.
Mr. Galloway received the Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and four overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged Nov. 1, 1945 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
