He was decorated with the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with four bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and two overseas service bars.
Mr. Wagner was honorably discharged on January 11, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
