Ralph J. Hodnik

Ralph J. Hodnik was inducted into the Army on March 12, 1941 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He served as a Private First Class in Battery D of the 124th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Battalion. He fought in ground combat in Rhineland, Ardennes, Central Europe and Aleutians. 

Mr. Hodnik was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged October 28, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
