Peter J. Yambrick

Peter J. Yambrick entered the Army on December 26, 1942.

He served as a Private First Class and carpenter with the 580th Quartermaster LRV Company in Bismarck Archipelago, New Guinea, and Southern Philippines (Liberation).

He was awarded the Meritorious Unit Commendation, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, four overseas service bars, and Philippine Liberation Medal.

Mr. Yambrick was honorably discharged on January 10, 1946, at Camp Grant, Illinois.
