Pauline T. Tarr (nee Koebensky) enlisted in the Women’s Army Corps (WAC) on February 3, 1943, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Home at entry: Virginia, Minnesota.

Served as a Technician Fifth Grade and chauffeur in the continental U.S.

Mrs. Tarr was honorably discharged February 1, 1944, Camp Kilmer, New Jersey.

She completed her basic training at the First Women's Army Auxiliary Corps Training Center at Des Moines, IA. She was selected for specialized study in Motor Transport School. She served as a Technician Fifth Grade and chauffeur in the continental U.S.
