Otto E. Lagerstedt

Otto E. Lagerstedt was inducted into the Army on April 24, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and a rifleman with the 510th Quartermaster Railhead Company in the Aleutian Islands.

Mr. Lagerstedt was awarded the: American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal and four overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on November 14, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
