Oscar Carl Torma was born on February 9th 1906 to Peter & Minnie V. [Kotopolu] Torma.
Mr. Torma entered the Army on December 19th 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.
He served as a Technician Fourth Grade and tank mechanic with Company B and a Training Group in the continental U.S.
TEC4 Torma was awarded the Good Conduct Medal.
He was honorably discharged on September 21st 1945, at Fort Knox, Kentucky. He returned home to his wife Florence M.
Mr. Torma died on November 27th 1948 at the age of 41 years old. He is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing. Minnesota.
