Orville S. Hill

Orville S. Hill of Hibbing, Minnesota, was inducted into the Army on June 29, 1942 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He served as a Staff Sergeant in Headquarters Company of the 97th Infantry Division in Rhineland and Central Europe.

Mr. Hill was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably  discharged July 3, 1945 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
