Nick Levar

Nick Levar entered in the Army on October 7, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home of entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Corporal and utility repairman with Company B of the 1398th Engineer Battalion in the Eastern Mandates.

Mr. Levar was awarded the following: Meritorious Unit Commendation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star and four overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged November 13, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
