Mr. Isaacson was awarded the Presidential Unit Citation with oak leaf cluster, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with one silver (for five bronze stars) and three bronze battle stars and World War II Victory Medal
He was honorably discharged September 12, 1945, Jefferson Barracks, Missouri.
