Myron N. Watts

Myron N. Watts was inducted into the Army on March 27, 1941.

Mr. Watts served as a Sergeant and tank commander with Company K of the 275th Infantry Regiment in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe. He was wounded in action on February 25, 1945, in the European Theater.

He was awarded the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with five bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and three overseas service bars.

Mr. Watts was honorably discharged on October 20, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
