Milton I. Frasa of Virginia was inducted into the Army on March 12, 1941 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
He served as a Private First Class and a truck driver with Battery A of the 609th Field Artillery Battalion in Rhineland and Central Europe.
Mr. Frasa was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal, American Defense Service Medal and American Campaign Medal.
He was honorably discharged on Oct. 30, 1945 at Camp Atterbury, Ind.
