Milan Matko

Milan Matko of Virginia, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on April 25, 1942.

He was a Private First Class with the 3186th Engineer Service Company in the Aleutians.

Mr. Matko received the: Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Service Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with a bronze battle star, American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was discharged on Oct. 14, 1945 at Fort Douglas, Utah.
