Michael Vukich

Michael Vukich was inducted into the Army on May 19, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician Fifth Grade and carpenter with the 349th Engineer Battalion in Algeria-Fr. Morocco.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Vuvich was honorably discharged on October 14, 1945, at Fort Douglas, Utah.
