Mr. Dubbin was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal and one overseas service bar.
He was honorably discharged January 28, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
