Melven A. Maki

Melven A. Maki of Virginia was inducted into Army on May 28, 1941.

He was a supply Staff Sergeant with the 668th Engineer Topographical Company (Corps), serving in northern France and Rhineland.

Mr. Maki was awarded the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, American Defense Service Medal, World War II Victory Medal and three overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on July 5, 1945 at Fort Snelling, Minn.
