Mary Rose Usenik was born on August 8th 1920 in Eveleth, Minnesota to Matt & Mary (Vekalz) Usenik..

She served as an Army nurse and was a longtime Ramsey County public health nurse.

Mary Rose Usenik died peacefully at her home on Friday August 28th 2009 at the age of 89. She was buried at the Eveleth Cemetery in the City of Eveleth, St. Louis County, Minnesota.
