Martin Olfert Carlson

Martin Olfert Carlson served during World War II, in the U.S. Army beginning on April 20, 1946. Mr. Carlson was assigned to the 172nd Military Police Company in Alaska. He was discharged on October 2, 1947.

Mr. Carlson’s rank was Corporal (T-5).

He was born in 1925 in Barron County, Wisconsin, the son of Sigurd and Lilian Carlson. He graduated from high school in 1944.
