Lyno Lehman of Green was inducted into the Army on April 8, 1941.
He was a Private First Class and a truck driver with Company G in the 345th Infantry Regiment in Algeria-French Morocco, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe.
Mr. Lehman received the: Bronze Star Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Medal with four bronze battle stars, American Defense Service Medal, World War II Victory Medal and five overseas service bars.
He was honorably discharged on August 31, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
