Louis Frank Vincent was born on July 25th 1918 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Vincent entered the U.S. Army on September 8th 1942, at Fort Snelling in Minneapolis, Minnesota during WWII.

Mr. Vincent served as a locomotive fireman with the 719th Railway Operations Battalion. He rose to the rank of Private First Class (PFC).

PFC Vincent was honorably discharged on October 29th 1945, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
