Lois Marie Backstrom was born on July 6th 1926 to Daniel & Amelia [Nelson} Anderson in Duluth, Minnesota.
Ms. Anderson served her country as a "Rosie the Riveter" during World War II working in an aircraft factory in Seattle, Washington.
She married Lloyd Andrew Backstrom (USAAF) on February 9th 1951 in Duluth and they started a family.
Mrs. Backstrom died on June 18th 2008 at 81 years of age in Garden Grove, California. She is buried at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside California.
