Lloyd Albert Royer

Lloyd Albert Royer entered the Army on Jan. 23, 1941.

He was a Technician 5th Grade and medical aid man in the ambulance service with the 409th Medical Collecting Company, 1st Medical Regiment in the Pacific Theater, New Guinea, Philippines, and Japan.

Mr. Royer received thefollowing: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal with 1 bronze battle star, American Defense Service Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star, and 3 Overseas Service Bars.

He was discharged on Nov. 29, 1945.
