Leonard James Prusak

Leonard James Prusak entered the Army on February 17, 1941.

He served as a Private First Class with the 31st Infantry Regiment in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Prusak was killed in action in the Philippines on January 18, 1942.

He was awarded the following: Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart.
