Leonard B. Johnson

Leonard B. Johnson was inducted into the Army August 3, 1942, Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home of entry; Hibbing, Minnesota.

Served as a Technician 5th Grade and construction carpenter in New Guinea, Northern Philippines, and Luzon Island.

Awarded: Good Conduct Medal Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Medal, and four overseas service bars.

Mr. Johnson was honorably discharged November 13, 1945, Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
