Leo W. Helin

Leo W. Helin entered the Coast Guard on October 15, 1940.

He served as a Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class in the continental United States.

Mr. Helin was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged October 21, 1945 at Detroit, Mich.
