Lawrence Wozniak

Lawrence Wozniak entered the Army on January 23, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Mountain Iron, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class with Service Battery of the 550th Field Artillery Battalion in the European and Pacific Theaters.

Mr. Wozniak was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and four overseas service bars.

Mr. Wozniak was honorably discharged on September 24, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
