Lawrence Monsaas

Lawrence Monsaas graduated from Duluth Central High School and Duluth State Teachers College.

He enlisted in the Army in 1942 and served as Technical Sergeant with an infantry mobilized cannon company that saw duty in Tinian, New Guinea and the Philippines.

He was discharged in 1946. Monsaas worked as a foreman at the U.S. Post Office in Duluth, Minnesota until his retirement.
