Mr. Miller was decorated with the: European-African-Middle Eastern-Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with one bronze service star.

Mr. Miller was born in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin, in 1918. He is the son of Herman and Sarah Miller.
