Joseph J. Bonelli

Mr. Bonelli enlisted in the Army on December 4, 1942. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician Fifth Grade and armorer with Company C of the 33rd Infantry Regiment 84th Infantry Division in Rhineland and Central Europe.

Awarded: Bronze Star Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with two bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and five overseas service bars.

Honorably discharged January 27, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
